A Council appointment does not automatically constitute a Board appointment. Voting mechanics, terms, thresholds, decision rights, and legal governance details will be added only after they are formally established.

YOUR COUNCIL HOME BASE

Your Role — Personalized purpose, scope, ownership, collaborators, decision boundaries, and initial priorities.

Your First 30 Days — A guided activation journey from welcome and profile completion through orientation, first Council meeting, initial work, first recommendation, and 30-day check-in.

Current Priorities — What MOSAIC is actively building and where Council leadership is needed.

Meetings — Dates, preparation materials, agendas, and eventually recaps and action items.

Resource Library — Polished navigation connecting Council members to approved foundational and working materials in Google Drive.

Board & Governance — Reserved for formally approved information. Board-sensitive materials will remain separately restricted.
